
Private Equity Investment Accountant
Monitor shared mailboxes and process daily cash activity in PeopleSoft, such as capital calls, distributions, interest payments, paydowns, etc. Communicate with treasury, banks, general partners, or limited partners to resolve any issues related to daily operations. Reconcile cash accounts, prepare weekly cash reports, and provide line of credit paydown recommendations to fund managers when necessary. Prepare journal entries related to cash, deal commitments, etc. Maintain organized and properly referenced support and ensuring documentation of workpapers is clean and easy to follow for the reviewer.
Ability to multi-task and adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to change priorities to meet critical deadlines
