
Academic and Student Affairs Coordinator
This position collaborates with multiple departments on implementation strategies with a keen attention to detail and sensitivity to the Institute’s vision and needs. Responsible for hosting live office hours in support of new and continuing students. Responsible for reviewing and coding all faculty check requests, including faculty research stipend accounts. Tracks and monitors faculty sabbaticals. Creates and updates academic calendars. Reviews and codes adjunct faculty contracts, guest speaking contracts, etc. Maintains faculty email list and directory. Implements Constitution Day per DOE requirement. Assists to create effective and efficient processes for the Academic and Student Affairs departments. Implements strategic goals of the department and the Institute.
1-3 years of experience in higher education setting preferred
