We’re looking for an Assistant Manager with an eye for fashion and an enthusiasm for retail to join the PacSun team. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and executing operational functions to ensure that the store meets all performance goals. If you’re a motivated, organized and team-oriented leader with a passion for the retail industry, we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of retail management experience, as well as a strong understanding of visual merchandising and marketing. You should have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We also require that you have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. Previous experience in the apparel industry is preferred.
Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude • Execute operational functions to ensure store meets performance goals • Manage store staff, including scheduling, training and motivating employees • Ensure that the store meets all visual merchandising and marketing standards • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the apparel industry and retail trends • Implement new policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency • Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas of improvement • Develop and implement action plans to address any performance issues • Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
