We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager at PacSun. This position requires a customer-first attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team. The Assistant Manager will be expected to work collaboratively with the Store Manager to manage store operations and ensure customers have a positive and memorable shopping experience.Required Qualifications:• At least 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals• Ability to identify customer needs and provide exceptional customer service• Working knowledge of POS systems and operational procedures• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team• High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory, scheduling, and merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure customer satisfaction and performance goals are met.
- Implement processes and procedures to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor store performance and identify areas of improvement and growth.
- Ensure customer needs are met, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and support sales associates on POS systems, operational procedures, and customer service.
- Help maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
- Assist with hiring, developing, and disciplining store staff.
- Manage store budget and inventory control.
- Monitor store security to protect against theft and loss.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
