1. Retouch photographs to create beautiful images for PacSun
2. Ensure that each image is accurately retouched with attention to detail
3. Apply color correction and color grading to images

5. Work collaboratively with internal creative teams to ensure that images meet the project goals
6. Stay abreast of the latest trends in photography and retouching
7. Maintain a portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of color and retouching
