We are looking for an experienced and motivated POS Analyst to join the PacSun team and help manage the company's sophisticated point-of-sale systems. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of the POS industry, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is motivated to take on a challenging role and grow with the company.The successful candidate must have experience in setting up and troubleshooting POS systems, as well as a strong knowledge of the software and hardware involved. Additionally, they must have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and develop relationships with stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Setup, configure, and maintain POS systems for PacSun stores.
- Troubleshoot POS system issues and provide customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance and security of POS systems.
- Keep up with the latest POS technology trends and industry developments.
- Research and analyze POS system data to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of POS systems.
- Train store staff on how to use POS systems and provide technical support.
- Prepare reports and documents related to POS systems and customer service levels.
