Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated POS Analyst to join the PacSun team and help manage the company's sophisticated point-of-sale systems. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of the POS industry, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is motivated to take on a challenging role and grow with the company.The successful candidate must have experience in setting up and troubleshooting POS systems, as well as a strong knowledge of the software and hardware involved. Additionally, they must have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and develop relationships with stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Setup, configure, and maintain POS systems for PacSun stores.
  2. Troubleshoot POS system issues and provide customer service.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Monitor the performance and security of POS systems.
  5. Keep up with the latest POS technology trends and industry developments.
  6. Research and analyze POS system data to improve operational efficiency.
  7. Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  8. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of POS systems.
  9. Train store staff on how to use POS systems and provide technical support.
  10. Prepare reports and documents related to POS systems and customer service levels.
