In addition to being a great communicator, the successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of PacSun’s products and services.To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for fashion. Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred. Being tech-savvy and having a basic understanding of POS systems is also a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in finding the products and services they need
2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience
3. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
4. Keep up to date on PacSun’s products and services
5. Maintain a neat and organized store environment
6. Respond to customer inquiries and address complaints in a timely and professional manner
7. Process payments and complete transactions accurately
8. Use a POS system to complete transactions
9. Follow store policies and procedures
10. Work both independently and as part of a team
