As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team and ensuring the store meets and exceeds all sales goals and customer service standards.The successful candidate for this role will have excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service background. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the store team and ensure that all employees are meeting and exceeding standards of performance.
2. Monitor store sales goals and take necessary steps to ensure that these goals are met.
3. Ensure that excellent customer service is provided to all customers.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Develop store strategies to increase sales and profitability.
6. Train and develop store staff to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
8. Ensure the store is properly stocked and merchandised as per company guidelines.
9. Create and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
10. Maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
