We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the PacSun team! If you’re passionate about retail management and have the drive to lead a team, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that customers are consistently satisfied with their shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you need to be an effective communicator with excellent organizational skills. You’ll need to be able to motivate and inspire the team to meet sales targets, while keeping the store running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store, including customer service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Monitor store performance and ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and staff.
- Train, motivate, and mentor store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Create and maintain store displays to optimize customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze store financials and KPIs.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure all store merchandise is properly tagged and inventoried.
