Store Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the PacSun team! If you’re passionate about retail management and have the drive to lead a team, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the store, including customer service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
2. Monitor store performance and ensure sales targets are met.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.

5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and staff.
6. Train, motivate, and mentor store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
7. Create and maintain store displays to optimize customer experience.
8. Monitor and analyze store financials and KPIs.
9. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
10. Ensure all store merchandise is properly tagged and inventoried.
