Cortex Systems Engineer Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Cortex, our flagship cloud-based security suite. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement solutions for Cortex, our flagship cloud-based security suite
2. Collaborate closely with engineering team to ensure Cortex provides the highest level of security and performance
3. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to Cortex
4. Manage and maintain Cortex in response to changing requirements
5. Identify and implement any necessary upgrades or improvements to ensure Cortex remains secure and up-to-date
6. Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential security threats
7. Stay abreast of new technologies and advancements in the field of systems engineering
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
9. Create detailed technical documents, user manuals, and training materials to help users better understand Cortex
