We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Value Consulting to join our dynamic team in Japan. As the Director, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company by leading our Business Value Consulting strategy and initiatives in Japan.   1. Lead and manage the Business Value Consulting team in Japan to ensure the successful delivery of our services and solutions.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Value Consulting strategy for the Japanese market.
  3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and target potential customers and opportunities for value consulting services.
  4. Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the Japanese market to promote our services and drive business growth.
  5. Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify areas for potential growth.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  7. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our services to potential clients.
  8. Lead client engagements and oversee the delivery of value consulting projects, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and impact of our Business Value Consulting initiatives.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and results of our Business Value Consulting efforts.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in delivering value consulting services.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our Business Value Consulting offerings.
  13. Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events and conferences to promote our services and thought leadership.
  14. Collaborate with global Business Value Consulting teams to share best practices and align strategies for consistent and successful delivery of services worldwide.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that the Business Value Consulting team operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Sales, Consulting, Or Business Development In The Cybersecurity Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Japanese Market, Including Cultural Nuances, Business Practices, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Business Value For Customers Through Consultative Selling And Strategic Partnerships.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Build And Manage A High-Performing Team, Including Coaching And Mentoring Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. Fluency In Japanese And English Is Required.
