  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and success of the North American sales organization.
  2. Oversee and manage the financial performance of the sales team, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  3. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision making and drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
  6. Manage and optimize sales incentive plans to drive performance and align with company goals.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance, and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiency.
  10. Represent the finance team in meetings and presentations with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to support the growth and scalability of the sales organization.
  12. Act as a strategic partner to the sales team, providing financial analysis and support for key initiatives and projects.
  13. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for the sales organization.
  14. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication within the finance team and across departments.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and streamline financial reporting and analysis, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, Preferably In A Sales Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Analysis, Including Financial Modeling And Forecasting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Financial Strategies To Support Business Growth And Profitability.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Leadership.
