Job Description

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team. As part of our dynamic and customer-focused Support team, the IT Support Specialist will provide technical problem resolution and customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of computers, networking, and a wide variety of hardware and software applications. You should be able to troubleshoot issues and determine the best solution for our customers. You must also demonstrate excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. Finally, you must be organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical problem resolution and customer service to clients.
  2. Troubleshoot issues and determine the best solution for customers.
  3. Maintain a strong knowledge of computers, networking, and a wide variety of hardware and software applications.
  4. Utilize excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  5. Act proactively and manage multiple tasks.
  6. Monitor and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
  7. Document customer service tickets and resolutions.
  8. Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or in-person.
  9. Train customers on new software and hardware.
  10. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
