  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific cybersecurity requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and present progress reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform account strategies.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activities, including sales, contracts, and client communications.
  • Continuously improve and refine account management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Large Enterprise Accounts.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Networking And Security Technologies, With A Deep Understanding Of The Cybersecurity Landscape.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers At Major Accounts.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Account Plans, Including Identifying Opportunities For Growth And Upselling To Existing Accounts.
