- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to identify key areas for improvement based on customer feedback.
- Oversee the implementation of processes and tools to collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback data.
- Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for the customer feedback program, outlining goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of customer feedback analysts to ensure timely and accurate feedback analysis and reporting.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the customer feedback program to ensure its effectiveness in driving customer satisfaction and product growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for the customer feedback program.
- Monitor customer feedback trends and communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert on customer feedback best practices, staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Represent Palo Alto Networks at industry events and conferences, showcasing our customer feedback program and its impact on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for promoting the customer feedback program and its successes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all aspects of the customer feedback program.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Make data-driven recommendations for product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback.
