- Provide technical support for Palo Alto Networks' firewall products to customers and partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the firewall products.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and escalations by adhering to established service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer issues.
- Continuously stay updated with the latest product developments and advancements to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for internal teams and customers on the firewall products.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of support tools and processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.

Extensive Knowledge Of Firewall Technologies: A Senior Technical Support Engineer Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Firewall Technologies, Including Palo Alto Networks' Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, Virtual Private Networks, And Network Security Protocols.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills: The Ability To Quickly And Accurately Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues Is A Crucial Qualification For A Senior Technical Support Engineer. They Must Be Able To Analyze Logs, Debug Systems, And Identify Root Causes Of Problems To Provide Effective Solutions.
Experience With Network Security: A Senior Technical Support Engineer Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Network Security Principles And Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of Secure Network Design, Threat Detection And Mitigation, And Security Best Practices.
