Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters (ATS) Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and optimize the SmartRecruiters ATS platform, ensuring that it functions properly and meets the needs of the organization.
2. Serve as a subject matter expert on the SmartRecruiters platform, providing guidance and assistance to Talent Acquisition team members.
3. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for utilizing the ATS system, including data entry, reporting, and candidate tracking.
4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the ATS system, identifying potential areas of improvement and recommending solutions.
5. Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure the platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
6. Train and support users on the ATS system, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
7. Monitor recruitment trends and provide insights and recommendations for improving the recruitment process.
8. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to the use of the ATS system.
9. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the ATS system is utilized to its fullest potential.
10. Act as a customer service representative, providing timely and courteous responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
