- Provide top-notch technical support to customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to our products.
- Act as a subject matter expert for our products and services and provide guidance to customers and other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively monitor and identify potential issues for our customers and develop solutions to prevent them.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide timely updates on the progress of issue resolution.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support to our customers.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline technical support processes and procedures.
- Serve as an escalation point for junior technical support engineers and assist with their training and development.
- Keep track of customer feedback and provide insights to our product development and engineering teams.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new product features and enhancements.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, if required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Strong Technical Knowledge: A Sr. Technical Support Engineer At Palo Alto Networks Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Networking And Security Technologies, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention, And Cloud Security.
Experience With Palo Alto Networks Products: Candidates For This Position Should Have Extensive Hands-On Experience With Palo Alto Networks Products, Including Next-Generation Firewalls, Panorama, And Globalprotect.
Proven Troubleshooting Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues, Often Under Pressure. A Sr. Technical Support Engineer Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Problems.
