2. Mentor and provide guidance to Systems Engineers in the SE Academy.

5. Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and technologies to continuously enhance training programs.
6. Identify and address any knowledge or skill gaps in the SE Academy team.
7. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates to upper management.
9. Work closely with HR to recruit and onboard new SE Academy team members.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders.
11. Monitor and track the progress and success of the SE Academy team members.
12. Act as a technical resource for the team and provide support for complex projects.
13. Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
