Food Safety and Quality Manager

Monitors 3rd party audit reports to ensure contract manufacturers and catering hubs are in compliance with Regulatory Standards. Responsible for driving compliance to standards at Contract Manufacturing sites and Catering Hubs. Provides technical expertise and support to new product development, on projects designed to ensure food safety, improve food quality, optimize products/processes. Performs periodic audits of manufacturing sites and catering hubs and works with teams on monthly inspections, risk analysis, prioritization, root cause analysis and CA implementation. Supports product evaluation program for compliance to specifications and process capabilities. Investigates and provides follow up with contract manufacturers and catering operations for foodborne illness, foreign material incidents, etc. Examines, reviews and investigates complaint data to identify root cause investigation, to facilitate continuous improvement and to reduce product complaints
