- Lead a team of meteorologists and weather experts to provide accurate and timely weather forecasts and updates to production teams.
- Work closely with production teams to identify potential weather risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any negative impact on filming.
- Collaborate with location scouting and production planning teams to identify optimal filming locations based on weather conditions.
- Analyze historical weather data to inform decision-making and identify patterns for future productions.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in weather forecasting technology and implement new tools and techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Represent Paramount Pictures at industry events and conferences to share insights and best practices related to weather operations and strategy.

Extensive Experience In Meteorology And Weather Forecasting, Preferably With A Degree In Atmospheric Science Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team Of Weather Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Weather Patterns And Their Impact On Film Production, Including Experience Working On Location.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Weather Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
