Job Description

  1. Oversee and maintain all facilities and services provided by Paramount Pictures, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and optimize facilities operations, including cost-saving measures and sustainability initiatives.
  3. Manage and supervise a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance and repair needs, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  5. Collaborate with department heads and external vendors to plan and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and other projects.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all facilities-related activities, including budgets, expenses, and work orders.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes, and implement emergency preparedness plans.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with department heads and staff to address any facilities-related concerns and provide updates on projects.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and contractors to ensure the best possible service and support for facilities maintenance and projects.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management, and make recommendations for improvements and advancements.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from executives to front-line employees, to ensure a positive and efficient working environment.
  12. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management Or Related Role.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Vendor Management.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Diverse Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments.
