- Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies to drive revenue and reach marketing objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize campaigns, and increase ROI.
- Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of our programmatic advertising efforts, including campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, media planning, and analytics to align programmatic strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our programmatic capabilities.
- Oversee the implementation and management of data collection and analysis tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key programmatic partners, such as ad exchanges and demand-side platforms, to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and future strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Represent Paramount Pictures in industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry best practices and maintain a strong brand presence.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Programmatic Advertising And Data Management
Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And Reporting Tools Such As Google Analytics And Adobe Analytics
Experience Working With Programmatic Advertising Platforms Such As Doubleclick, Adwords, Or Appnexus
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
