Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Campaign Management to join our dynamic team at Paramount Pictures. As a leader in the entertainment industry, Paramount is committed to creating innovative and engaging campaigns for our diverse portfolio of films. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success and ensure the highest level of quality.   1. Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns for all Paramount Pictures films.
  2. Lead and manage a team of campaign managers to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, media, and publicity to ensure a cohesive and effective campaign.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the media landscape to inform campaign strategies.
  5. Analyze data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  6. Develop and manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  7. Work closely with filmmakers and talent to ensure their vision and goals are reflected in the marketing campaigns.
  8. Oversee the creation of campaign materials, including trailers, posters, and social media content.
  9. Communicate campaign updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  10. Identify and develop partnerships and collaborations to enhance campaign reach and impact.
  11. Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve campaign processes and procedures.
  13. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  14. Represent Paramount Pictures at industry events and conferences.
  15. Take ownership of campaign performance and drive towards continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Campaign Management Or Related Field, Preferably Within The Entertainment Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Multi-Faceted Campaigns For High-Profile Films Or Tv Shows.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Marketing And Advertising Strategies, Including Digital, Social Media, And Traditional Channels.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously While Meeting Tight Deadlines.
