- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and use this knowledge to drive strategic decision making.
- Represent the organization's interests in regards to people strategy and planning in meetings and negotiations with external partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and employees at all levels.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to people strategy and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources.
- Serve as a role model for the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Strategic Planning Role.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful People Strategies And Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Regulations And Compliance, Including Labor Laws And Diversity And Inclusion Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
