- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to gather and analyze financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Division Accounting Manager At Parker Hannifin Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance From An Accredited University. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Manage The Accounting Operations Of The Division.
Professional Accounting Certification (Cpa, Cma, Etc.): In Addition To A Degree, A Division Accounting Manager Should Also Hold A Professional Accounting Certification Such As Cpa Or Cma. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Expertise And Credibility In The Field Of Accounting.
