Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage planning and scheduling processes for the organization
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans accordingly
- Utilize Lean principles and continuous improvement processes to maximize efficiency
- Analyze data to identify trends and issues in the planning and scheduling processes
- Create and maintain accurate records of planned and scheduled activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate planning and scheduling
- Monitor and adhere to deadlines and timelines
- Offer solutions to improve planning and scheduling processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
