Quality Auditor
Audits the quality of material moving within the plant and logs same into a database. Investigates reasons for non-conforming material and keeps records. Inspects the quality of incoming material from outside suppliers and keeps records. Audits the quality of finished material prior to shipping. Performs SPC data collection and entry. Completes productivity charts and efficiency reports. Calibrates gauging, keeps records, and maintains databases of information. Troubleshoot gauge equipment problems. Inspects incoming tooling from outside suppliers. Participates in gauge studies. Performs various other duties as required.
2+ years of related experience
The ability to learn and use various data acquisition equipment like CMM, VMS Contor Graphs, and hand held gauges
Working knowledge of math, blueprint reading, tolerances and manufacturing processes
