- Manage and oversee all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, and talent management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes for all new employees.
- Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assist with the selection and hiring process for open positions.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees at all levels.
- Manage and maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance HR processes and procedures.
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Uphold and promote the company's mission, values, and culture at all times.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Position.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With All Levels Of The Organization.
