Workday Technical HCM Recruitment Consultant
Using Workday, the Workday HCM Recruitment Consultant will ensure the seamless administration, integration, configuration and maintenance of the ATS product suite. The successful candidate will liaise with other members of the HRIS team, vendor partners and HR functional Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules and provide quality support using the HRIS governance framework. In this key position, you will troubleshoot problems, test, and work with business to resolve issues, partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements, and recommend technical solutions while considering priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
8+ years of total working experience in HCM and solid understanding of HR
6 years of experience with Workday HCM system
Deep knowledge of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security.
Experience with Workday Staffing BP
