Recovery Representative

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recovery Representative to join the Paychex team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial services to our clients, such as managing and resolving accounts receivable, handling collection activities, and processing chargebacks and refunds. 8. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve inquiries.
9. Follow established policies and procedures in the resolution of accounts.
