
Accounting and Finance Administrator
We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Administrator to join the team at Paycom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and accounting administration, and a passion for providing accurate and timely financial reporting. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Accounting and Finance Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, and audit preparation. To be successful in this role, you should have an accounting or business degree, and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Previous experience with financial software and accounting processes is a plus. You should also possess excellent numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to think critically and work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, and audit preparation
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Analyze and interpret financial data
- Develop and maintain financial records and reports
- Monitor compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Monitor budget allocations and expenditures
- Develop and implement financial strategies and objectives
- Manage the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Prepare and file taxes and other financial documents
- Assist with the preparation of audits
- Utilize financial software to manage and track financial transactions
- Provide customer support with billing inquiries and other financial matters
- Identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for increased efficiency and accuracy
