Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Contract Specialist to join our team at Paycom! In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide variety of contracts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle complex legal matters in a professional and efficient manner, and a strong understanding of contract law. Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Negotiate and draft contracts, including terms and conditions, as required.
  3. Manage and monitor the contract process from inception to completion.
  4. Ensure that all contracts are executed in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all contracts and agreements.
  6. Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties comply with contractual obligations.
  7. Provide advice and guidance on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
  8. Resolve contractual disputes and disputes with external parties.
  9. Identify areas of risk and develop strategies for minimizing and mitigating risks.
  10. Develop and implement best practices for contract management.
