
Corporate Security Officer
Paycom is seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Security Officer to join our team of security professionals and help protect our corporate assets. The ideal candidate for this position will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have extensive knowledge of security protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.The Corporate Security Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security plans while monitoring and responding to security threats. This position requires an individual who is both reliable and diligent, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in security, law enforcement, or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a security role with a large organization. They should have a strong understanding of security processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of physical security systems and technology is also desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans for the organization.
- Monitor and respond to security threats in a timely manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of physical security systems and technology.
- Remain up-to-date on security protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections of the premises.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other security-related agencies.
- Ensure all security policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Create and maintain documentation and records of security incidents.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
- Provide training and instruction on security protocols.
