  9. Collaborate with development teams to provide clear and detailed requirements for projects.
  10. Assist in testing and troubleshooting of development projects to ensure quality and functionality.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and requirements.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment at Paycom.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In The Software Development Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Working In An Agile Environment.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
