Development Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Development Project Manager to join our team at Paycom. If you have a knack for leading projects from conception to completion, then this may be the perfect role for you! As our Development Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our development projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and analyze data. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
