Director - IT Security

As the Director of IT Security at Paycom, you will have a critical role in ensuring the security of our company and its customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the right security protocols, procedures, and guidelines to protect our systems and data. You need to be able to think strategically and identify risks and vulnerabilities, while also being able to translate those risks into actionable steps that can be implemented.To be successful in this role, you must have an in-depth understanding of information security, including the latest technologies and best practices. The ideal candidate is an experienced security professional who can bring their knowledge and expertise to our organization. You should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in IT security. You should also be certified in at least one security standard, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.We are looking for someone who is passionate about security and is eager to work in an ever-changing environment. You should have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to think outside of the box is essential.

Responsibilities:

7. Stay informed of industry regulations and security requirements.
8. Create documentation and reports on security measures and procedures.
9. Train and educate staff on security policies and procedures.
10. Respond to security incidents and take necessary action to resolve them.
