Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and motivated HR Business Partner – Sales to join our Paycom team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource management and a passion for helping employees and businesses succeed.As the HR Business Partner – Sales, you will be required to use your expertise to identify HR-related issues and develop effective solutions. You must also be adept at working and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.We are looking for an individual who is eager to grow with our team and contribute to our success. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the needs of the Sales team.
  2. Provide HR advice and guidance to Sales team members on a wide range of topics, including performance management, benefits, and employee relations.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Sales team members, leadership, and external partners.
  4. Identify HR-related issues within the Sales team and develop effective resolutions.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Monitor and analyze employee metrics and recommend changes to enhance team performance.
  7. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new Sales team members.
  8. Plan and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  9. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is operating at its highest level of efficiency.
  10. Act as a mentor and coach to Sales team members, providing guidance and advice as needed.
