
HR Business Partner - Sales
We’re looking for a talented and motivated HR Business Partner – Sales to join our Paycom team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resource management and a passion for helping employees and businesses succeed.As the HR Business Partner – Sales, you will be required to use your expertise to identify HR-related issues and develop effective solutions. You must also be adept at working and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the needs of the Sales team.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to Sales team members on a wide range of topics, including performance management, benefits, and employee relations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Sales team members, leadership, and external partners.
- Identify HR-related issues within the Sales team and develop effective resolutions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze employee metrics and recommend changes to enhance team performance.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new Sales team members.
- Plan and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is operating at its highest level of efficiency.
- Act as a mentor and coach to Sales team members, providing guidance and advice as needed.
- Proven Experience In A Sales Role
