We are looking for an experienced and motivated HRIS Advisor to join the team at Paycom and provide our organization with key insights into Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The ideal candidate will be an organized problem-solver with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of HRIS systems and be able to identify opportunities to improve their effectiveness. You should also have a strong customer service orientation and be comfortable working with various stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of HRIS systems and processes.
- Analyze existing HRIS systems and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders with regards to HRIS systems.
- Design and implement strategies for optimizing the use of HRIS systems.
- Monitor and report on HRIS system performance and usage.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues related to the HRIS systems.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure efficient use of HRIS systems.
- Prepare, update, and maintain records and reports related to HRIS systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
