Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate IT Business Analyst to join the team at Paycom. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the way our business operates by developing and executing technology solutions that support our clients’ needs. You’ll be responsible for understanding customer requirements, driving the design of technical solutions, and managing key projects from inception to completion.To be successful in this position, you should have a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, as well as experience in IT project management, software development, and data analysis. You should also have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.If you’re looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for technology, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  2. Lead projects from inception to completion.
  3. Manage project resources and timelines.
  4. Create data models and analyze data to determine trends and insights.
  5. Develop and document processes and procedures to ensure smooth transition of projects.
  6. Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure successful system integration.
  7. Monitor project progress and recommend changes as needed.
  8. Provide technical support to clients.
  9. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations to stakeholders.
