IT Project Manager

Paycom is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading IT projects to successful completion, from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in IT project management principles, as well as an understanding of the IT industry. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The IT Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scope, timelines, and resources, while staying within budget. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders, setting expectations, and leading the team to achieve project objectives. You will also be responsible for communicating project status and creating project reports.To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in IT project management. You should also have experience with project management software and a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
