  1. Conceptualize and design visually appealing and engaging motion graphics content for various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
  2. Collaborate with a team of designers, developers, and marketers to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
  3. Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of motion graphics content.
  4. Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear and concise visual representations.
  5. Develop storyboards and sketches to communicate ideas and receive feedback from team members.
  6. Utilize technical skills in animation software and design programs to create high-quality motion graphics.
  7. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  8. Communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks with team members and stakeholders.
  9. Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives and target audience to create effective and impactful motion graphics.
  10. Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and accurate delivery of final products.
  11. Maintain and organize project files to ensure easy access and consistency.
  12. Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas to enhance the company's visual storytelling.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Motion Graphics Software: A Motion Graphics Designer At Paycom Should Have A Strong Command Over Industry-Standard Software Such As Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, And Autodesk Maya. They Should Be Able To Create Visually Appealing And Dynamic Motion Graphics Using These Tools.

  • Design And Animation Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Eye For Design And A Creative Approach To Animation. They Should Be Able To Transform Complex Ideas Into Engaging And Effective Motion Graphics.

  • Understanding Of Typography And Color Theory: A Motion Graphics Designer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Typography And Color Theory To Create Visually Appealing Graphics That Align With Paycom's Branding Guidelines.
