
Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for developing and closing sales opportunities within an assigned territory.The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, a passion for prospecting, a proven track record of success, and the ability to develop relationships with clients. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to develop and manage strategic relationships with key decision makers. Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify sales leads in an assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with clients and build strong customer relationships.
- Prospect and close sales opportunities.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and requests for proposals.
- Utilize sales techniques to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insight to management.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Paycom’s products and services.
- Embody and promote the mission and values of Paycom.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
