We are seeking an experienced Paycom Specialist to join Paycom's team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with an eye for detail and an aptitude for problem-solving. You must have a strong knowledge of Paycom, with the ability to develop and maintain excellent customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also possess excellent technical and analytical skills, as well as a deep knowledge of Paycom systems.At Paycom, we believe in providing our customers with the best possible service.
