Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Paycom Specialist - Bilingual to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a wealth of knowledge and experience with Paycom, the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.The Paycom Specialist - Bilingual will be responsible for assisting clients with any Paycom-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support on Paycom’s products and services. This individual will also be responsible for helping to create and maintain a positive customer experience.To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a minimum of two years’ experience with Paycom, an advanced knowledge of the Spanish language, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to multi-task, work independently, and have a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and support to clients on Paycom-related matters
  • Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshoot any Paycom-related problems
  • Maintain a positive customer experience
  • Create and update customer accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of the Spanish language to communicate fluently with customer inquiries
  • Stay up to date with Paycom products and services
  • Multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Provide recommendations and advice to customers on Paycom products and services
