Release Management Project Manager

Demonstrate full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery including full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously spanning one or multiple lines of business. Manage all aspects of multiple inter-related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives for both the product and Paycom. Develop and deliver timely and accurate project plans, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, C-suite and key stakeholders. Provide deep analysis of variable factors and proactive risk management for high risk projects; recommend potential solutions to issues; following established escalation procedures. Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
