Job Description

At Paycom, we are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our team and help provide our customers with an exceptional level of technical support. The successful candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and be able to diagnose and resolve complex client issues. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as they will be interacting with customers both on the phone and in person.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. They will also need to be comfortable working with a variety of software and hardware, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. He or she must be able to work independently and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service focus.If you have a passion for technology and customer service, and you have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities of a Technical Support Analyst:

  1. Diagnose and resolve complex client issues.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person.
  3. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  6. Monitor customer service metrics and take appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for customer support processes.
  8. Perform research and testing to identify solutions to customer problems.
  9. Train customers on how to use new software and hardware.
  10. Provide technical support to clients via email, telephone, and online chat.
