Transition Project Manager

Responsibilities:

-Lead complex transition projects from initial planning to successful completion

-Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals -Manage cross-functional teams of project members -Develop project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects -Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them -Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders -Ensure all project deliverables are met and quality standards are adhered to -Provide guidance and direction to project teams regarding project processes -Ensure all project phases are adhered to and completed in a timely manner -Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery -Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure projects are meeting the latest standards
