- Manage and oversee the transfer of data between our clients and our human capital management system.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data transmissions, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide guidance on data formatting and submission.
- Monitor and track data transmissions, identifying and addressing any errors or delays.
- Continuously evaluate and improve transmission processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a technical expert on data transmission protocols and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including client services, IT, and product development, to ensure seamless data transfer and client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns related to data transmissions.
- Document and maintain accurate records of data transmissions and issues for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Transmissions Or Network Communications.
Strong Understanding Of Data Transmission Protocols Such As Ftp, Sftp, And Https.
Familiarity With Different File Formats And Data Transformation Tools (E.g. Xml, Csv, Json).
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Transmission Issues.
