  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related needs.
  2. Understand the unique needs and goals of each SMB client and provide strategic solutions to help them achieve success.
  3. Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion within the SMB market.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to SMB clients.
  5. Proactively monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform account strategies.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Act as an advocate for SMB clients within the company, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics for assigned SMB accounts.
  10. Provide training and support to clients on PayPal products and services.
  11. Communicate new product features and updates to clients and assist with the adoption and integration of these offerings.
  12. Create and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
  13. Attend networking events and conferences to represent PayPal and promote our services to potential SMB clients.
  14. Continuously seek out new opportunities and strategies to drive growth and success in the SMB market.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives for SMB clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Smb Sector.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial And Business Concepts, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Growth Opportunities For Clients.
